We also have a second facility directly a cross the street at 384 Acushnet Avenue, which houses Administrative offices, Human Resources, Medical Records, the Call-Center, and the Referral Department.
Directions
New Bedford Community Health is conveniently located just one block away from the New Bedford Bus Terminal. You can access our facility by taking any of the Southeastern Regional Transit Authority (SRTA) buses that serve various stops throughout the South Coast and heading to the New Bedford Bus Terminal.
From the New Bedford Bus Terminal, simply head east on Elm Street towards Pleasant Street. Turn right onto Purchase Street, and you'll find our main entrance right in front of you.

Parking
Parking is available in the Elm Street Parking Garage on the corner near the rear of our main building at 51 Elm Street, New Bedford MA, 02740. Patients can park in the Elm Street garage for free between 7:00am and 5:00pm with validated ticket from New Bedford Community Health.
On street parking is available but may be limited. Please note the posted City of New Bedford parking restrictions regarding hours, resident parking, street cleaning etc.
