Baby and Beyond is a weekly group for all moms-to-be, postpartum families, and their babies in a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment. Families can receive education and support for a wide number of topics like:

• Infant Care: burping, feeding, safety, sleep, when to call a doctor, etc.
• Self Care
• Birth control counseling
• Engorgement vs mastitis
• When to see primary care vs urgent care vs the ER
