Greater New Bedford Community Health Center welcomes Ruth Prophete, MD

NEW BEDFORD, MA -- The Greater New Bedford Community Health Center is pleased to welcome Ruth Prophete, MD to its Pediatric Staff. She received her medical degree from MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed her residency at the Floating Hospital for Children at the New England Medical Center in Boston. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics.

Dr. Prophete has participated in medical missions to Niger, West Africa, Lima, Peru, Chihuahua, Mexico, and Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. She has also been involved with community service to children and students in the United States.
