The Greater New Bedford Community Health Center is pleased to welcome Eliesel G. Lacerda, MD to its Geriatrics Staff. Dr. Lacerda received his medical degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Following his residency in Internal Medicine at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center he completed a Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at both Mount Sinai Hospital and Cabrini Medical Center. Dr. Lacerda is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. He was a Hospitalist at Morton Hospital and Medical Center and an Associate at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
